New Year, New Me; New Journey, Old Memory

Image
As the year draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on the journey that was 2024. A year filled with moments of joy, triumphs, challenges, and self-discovery. It’s incredible how time flies so fast but much we learn a lot in the span of 12 months, and as I recount the lessons this year has taught me, I feel nothing but gratitude.   One of the most valuable lessons I’ve learned this year is to cherish the time spent with family. In the hustle and bustle of life, it’s easy to take these moments for granted. But 2024 has reminded me of the irreplaceable bond I share with my loved ones. The shared meals, the laughter, and even the quiet moments together. These are the memories that truly matters to me, and I intend to nurture them even more in the coming year. This year also deepened my sense of gratitude not just for what I have, but for what’s yet to come. Every answered prayer, every small victory, and even every challenge have shaped me into what I’ve become today. Learni...

My ups and downs throughout the exciting birth of our creator.

The Christmas season is always a special time, and this year, my holiday was a mix of tradition, relaxation, creativity, and a bit of adventure. Looking back, it was a unique blend of highs and lows that made it truly memorable.     I began the my holiday with a tradition by completing the “Misa De Gallo” for nine consecutive days. It was challenging and rewarding at the same time, and it helped me reflect on the true essence of Christmas faith, gratitude, and hope. After the bustling mornings of the Misa De Gallo, I spent much time resting. Sleep became my best friend during the holidays, especially when I got sick and lost my appetite. Being under the weather was not ideal, but it gave me time to reflect and brainstorm ideas for a research topic I'm excited to pursue. One of the highlights of my holiday was celebrating my parents’ anniversary last December 29 2024 in Cabugao. It was a simple yet meaningful gathering, filled with love, laughter, and the warmth of fami...

Learning is a choice. Either a peaceful battle or a tough one.

For the second quarter, I discovered more about myself and my classmates, especially in terms of our strengths and the areas where we struggle in school. While I didn’t master time management, I still managed to accomplish my tasks fairly well (or so I believe). I faced challenges in understanding lessons in math and basic electronics, but I found our ICT lessons relatively easy, particularly the activities we completed. So far, ICT has been my best-performing subject, with my highest score yet. After lunch, I often reflect on how much I enjoy attending our ICT class. I not only have fun but also learn new skills, like writing code and using HTML tags. For example: <br> creates a line break, <hr>  inserts a horizontal line, <p>  identifies a paragraph, <u>  underlines text, <i>  italicizes text, <b>  makes text bold, <h1>  creates the largest heading, <strong>  works like  <b>  but emphasi...
