A nurse or an Artist? I can do both >_

 



Fifteen years from now, I see myself working as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). It’s a big dream, but I’m ready for the challenge. Picture this: I’ll be walking into an operating room, confidently preparing patients for surgery, making sure they feel calm and comfortable. I can already imagine the beeping of the machines and the buzz of the hospital, but before I get carried away with all the career details, let’s check on the real stuff. Will I finally have my life together? Will I be financially independent, happily in a stable relationship, and maybe even have time for hobbies and relaxation?

If there’s one thing I’ve learned from my own life, it’s that things rarely go according to plan. So, picture this: I’m just about to become a top CRNA when, boom! A talent scout spots me while I’m taking a coffee break in the hospital cafeteria and convinces me to work on a medical drama as a consultant. Suddenly, I’m helping actors portray medical scenes more realistically while flexing my real-life expertise.

Who says I can’t save lives in real life and make some extra money consulting for a Netflix series? I mean, that’s an unexpected career twist I could get behind. Though I imagine some surprises along the way, I know my goal of becoming a CRNA is something I’m truly passionate about. But who knows what other fun adventures the future holds? Maybe I’ll end up with my own YouTube channel, “Anesthesia & Chill,” educating people about medical procedures and hospital life. Or maybe I’ll make a fool of myself by struggling with gloves on camera. Whatever happens, I know I’ll keep pushing forward, one challenge at a time, to make my dream a reality.

Fifteen years might seem far away, but I’m excited to see where life takes me. Hopefully, by the time I reach 2040, I’ll be doing what I love, and have figured out how to cook something other than hotdogs along the way!

Learning is a choice. Either a peaceful battle or a tough one.

For the second quarter, I discovered more about myself and my classmates, especially in terms of our strengths and the areas where we struggle in school. While I didn’t master time management, I still managed to accomplish my tasks fairly well (or so I believe). I faced challenges in understanding lessons in math and basic electronics, but I found our ICT lessons relatively easy, particularly the activities we completed. So far, ICT has been my best-performing subject, with my highest score yet. After lunch, I often reflect on how much I enjoy attending our ICT class.
