  The Christmas season is always a special time, and this year, my holiday was a mix of tradition, relaxation, creativity, and a bit of adventure. Looking back, it was a unique blend of highs and lows that made it truly memorable.     I began the my holiday with a tradition by completing the “Misa De Gallo” for nine consecutive days. It was challenging and rewarding at the same time, and it helped me reflect on the true essence of Christmas faith, gratitude, and hope. After the bustling mornings of the Misa De Gallo, I spent much time resting. Sleep became my best friend during the holidays, especially when I got sick and lost my appetite. Being under the weather was not ideal, but it gave me time to reflect and brainstorm ideas for a research topic I'm excited to pursue.
